Library location: in the Geology Library, Virginia Department of Forestry, 900 Natural Resources Drive, Fontaine Research Park, Charlottesville. Directions: as you enter VaDoF turn left, and walk down the hall past Aromas restaurant to the double doors of the Geology Library. Once inside, keep left and walk to the small room in back, where our books are kept in a locked metal cabinet. Library Hours: same as the Geology Library: Monday-Thursday, 8:30-4:30. The Geology Library is closed Fridays, but you can call 434 951-6340 to have it unlocked.
Unlock the book cabinet to access our books. The key in the small black magnetic box on the back of the cabinet. Always lock the cabinet when you leave and return the key to where you found it. Thanks!
Check-outs: write your name, book title(s), and date on the clipboard log sheet located on the chair next to the bookcase. Books are due six weeks from the checkout date..
Returns: record the check-in date on the log sheet and re-shelve book(s) in proper call number order in the cabinet. Renewals: email apbe4n@gmail.com.
